What’s the application fee?
Our application fee is a non-refundable $44 per person over the age of 18.
What qualifies me to apply to your tax-credit property at 60% AMI?
To qualify for our property you must have a verifiable income, a good rental record, and meet the qualifications for a maximum earned income per occupant for 60% AMI:

It typically takes about 2-5 business days before someone from our team will reach out to you regarding the next steps in the application process to schedule you for the tax-credit paperwork, however, we typically respond as soon as we receive your application to get the process started!
What do I need to get started on the tax-credit paperwork after the application?
ID, 6 most recent paystubs, and the very first paystub of the year. It's also important to find your employer's phone number and email address as well.
How long does the application process take?
2-3 weeks minimum for us to process the tax-credit paperwork procedures until approval here at Thai Binh Apartments.
